On February 22, 2024, a historic achievement for women power was recorded in the history of Galway business. It was noted that Galway's women power was honored for the third time in the last 12 months by the Indian Direct Sellers Association (IDSA).

A Tamil Nadu Direct Seller Seminar was organized at the five-star hotel Radisson Blu on February 22. Several direct selling companies marked their presence at this grand event. In this prestigious event, South's Women Power, S. Sunitha, was honored with the Tamil Nadu Best Direct Seller Women Power Award.

During this occasion, she was accompanied by Pachuru hanumaiah, S. Suresh, and Raju. Expressing gratitude for her achievement, Sunitha thanked the senior leaders of Galway, stating that it was due to the guidance of the company's mentors and founders that she got the opportunity to receive this honor. Prior to this, in December 2023, L.D.D. Sudha, was honored with the Aadya Women Entrepreneurship Award. In September 2023, IDSA had conferred the Top Women Achiever Award to L.D.D. Ranjani Kumar.
