Galway Products Refund Policies

(This policy is part & parcel of Direct Seller Contract executed between the Direct Seller and Company and shall be read together with Direct Seller Contract and Sales and Marketing Plan of Company)

Refund Policy

A Glaze Registered Direct Seller is entitled for 100% refund of invoice amount (maximum period within 30 days from the date of invoice) against the product(s) return but subject to following conditions:

  • 1. Product shall be in saleable condition accompanied by the Original Sale Receipt/Invoice. Saleable condition shall mean product should not be opened, must be in original packaging, untampered and has no sign of use etc.
  • 2. Product shipping charges mentioned on invoice are non-refundable.
  • 3. Products can only be returned at the place of purchase which is mentioned on invoice

Example:

  • A. Product purchased from a particular Galway Shop can be returned only at that particular Galway Shop.
  • B. Product purchased from a particular Galway Franchisee can be returned only at that particular Galway Franchisee.
  • C. Product purchased from Company’s e-commerce website Galway Kart https://www.galwaykart.com/ can be returned only at the Branch address mentioned in invoice.
  • D. Product purchased from a particular Virtual Galway Shop can be returned only at that particular Branch address mentioned in invoice.

Period of Claim for 100% Refund

  • A. Product purchased by a Direct Seller between 1st Day of a Calendar month to 20th Day of the same Calendar month can be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice or
  • B. Product purchased by a Direct Seller between 21st Day of a Calendar month to end day of the same Calendar month can be returned within 20 days from the date of invoice.

In both the above cases (a) and (b), Direct Seller’s ID shall be terminated.

Buy-Back Refund Policy:

If 100% Refund policy window/timeline is expired, then a Direct Seller can avail benefit of Buy Back Refund Policy.

In this case, a Direct Seller is entitled for 70% refund of invoice amount within 182 days from the date of invoice against the product(s) return but subject to the following conditions: -

  • 1. Product shall be in saleable condition accompanied by the Original Sale Receipt/Invoice. Saleable condition means product should not be opened, must be in original packaging, untampered and has no sign of use etc.
  • 2. Product shipping charges mentioned on invoice are non-refundable.
  • 3. Products can only be returned at the place of purchase which is mentioned on invoice,

Example:

  • A. Product purchased from a particular Galway Shop can be returned only at that particular Galway Shop.
  • B. Product purchased from a particular Galway Franchisee can be returned only at that particular Galway Franchisee.
  • C. Product purchased from Company’s e-commerce website Galway Kart https://www.galwaykart.com/ can be returned only at the Branch address mentioned in invoice.
  • D. Product purchased from a particular Virtual Galway Shop can be returned only at that particular Branch address mentioned in invoice.

Note: In this case, Direct Seller’s ID shall be terminated.
