Let's learn the recipe of healthy and delicious Malpuas.
• Flour - 2 bowls
• Semolina - 1 bowl
• Sugar - 1 bowl
• Fennel - 1 teaspoon
• chopped dry fruits
• 2 small cardamom ground
• Milk - 2.5 to 3 bowls
Take a big bowl. Sieve the warm flour and semolina and mix well. Now add sugar and cardamom powder to it and mix well. Add lukewarm milk to it and prepare its batter. Leave this batter covered for 4 hours. Now after 4 hours mix this batter again.
Keep in mind that the batter should neither be too thick nor too thin. If the batter is thick, then add milk or water and fix it. Now put chopped dry fruits in it.
Now place the pan on the gas stove. Pour the Galway Nutriflow Rice Bran oil in a pan and let it heat up. Keep in mind that the amount of oil in the pan should not be excessive. When the oil is well heated, reduce the flame of the gas to medium and with the help of a ladle pour the batter in the shape of Malpua and fry it well from both the sides on low flame. When the color of Malpua turns brown, take it out and keep it on tissue paper and garnish the Malpua with rabri or dryfruits and serve it to the guests.
Expert Tips - One specialty of Malpua made with Galway Nutriflow Rice Bran Oil is that it remains completely fresh even after getting cold.
