On the 17th and 19th of October 2023, a training workshop was organized at the Galway Super Store in Janakpuri, New Delhi, for the franchisees and VC Heads from Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. In this workshop, they were provided with training on effectively running the franchise through various training programs. The franchiser and VC members received training on various topics, including KRA, event management, photography and videography, social media training, website training, and Show the Plan.

On the 17th of October 2023, the company's Co-Founder, Mr. Chetan Handa, and on the 19th of October 2023, the Co-Founder, Mr. Sanjeev Chhibber, met with all the VC Heads and Franchisee Heads and addressed them. Meeting both founders of the company doubled the enthusiasm of all franchisees and VC Heads. Senior General Manager Mr. Kush Kumar and Core Team Member Mr. Rajesh Kumar Modi were present at this occasion.
