On March 20, 2024, a grand event was organized by IDSA (Indian Direct Selling Association) at the NDMC Auditorium in New Delhi. In this grand event, Galway's Women Power, Neerja Jha, was honored with the AADYA Woman Direct Seller award. Expressing gratitude for her success, Neerja Ji thanked Galway and stated that today, women are marching shoulder to shoulder with men in the direct selling industry, and Galway has always respected women power, hence today, Galway's women power is waving the flag of their success across the entire nation.
Galway's Women Power has been honored by IDSA for the fourth time, making it the second honor of the year. Previously, in February, the Tamil Nadu Women Direct Sellers' award was given to Galwian S. Sunita from the south India.
