Because it demands lots of hard work & passion. Our mental health also helps determine how we deal with stress and maintain balance in life. Mental health is important in every step of life, from childhood through adolescence to adulthood and aging. That is why Glaze has been running a very effective campaign to promote mental health under its SEP program for many years.

Taking this campaign forward, on 10 April 2022, under the guidance of SEP Chief Ms. Romshri Manisha Ashesh, Trainer Ranjini Kumari had conducted Basic SEP online Training. More than 500 participants attended this training through online mode. After the training, many participants also shared their positive feedback. Participant Lakshmi Jagat told that with this training she learned how to remove the negativity from inside through meditation and theta, while Sarita Dhruve told that attending this training regularly helps her to focus on her work.
